I drove around this afternoon after work, looking for interesting places to photograph things at. I did find two locations, not the best, but I have a feeling that going there the right time will be worth it. I’ve been living in this area for the last 12 years. How did I never notice these places?

I'm pretty sure that I wasn't supposed to be there. There was a gate I passed. I think this is an ex military base

I decided to stay home this afternoon. Lit up the fireplace, cause it’s getting cold, and just… hang out. There was quite a view… so I decided to take a photo or two… and afterwards I didn’t clean up my desk…

that’s not interesting… but either way, here are some pretty photos.

I also made some time to play with my Canon EOS 500D video capabilities. I have to go out and start using this thing. It will be awesome. Hope the SD memory cards I ordered for it arrive soon, so I can also have plenty of space to record vids

Fire Canon EOS 500D/Rebel T1i test from Dimitrios Papadopoulos on Vimeo.

I really had no idea this camera could record video so damned good.

So, anyway, how was your day?

Sunday morning, and we’re off to the mountains of Halkidiki. Weather wasn’t the best, but during our 6 hours tour around the penisula, we encountered pretty much every kind of weather. Rain, sunshine, fog. Good times. Subaru Impreza WRX, Audi S3 and three incredibly mental Peugeot 106 Rallye. I took some photos in the process. Enjoy.

Edit: Well, George decided to upload two of the videos I shot, so there you go

Warning. This one is noisy, so turn down the volume before watching it

So, I was roaming around ThemeForest, and came across this little theme. So, I instantly decided that I can’t afford to loose a week of my time to refine my blog… so, there I went, in horrible shame, and purchased one of their themes. I don’t care what you say, this theme is phenomenal!

So, if you’re so jealous of my shiny website, you can go to http://themeforest.net yourselves and check them out. You might find something for yourselves.

Thanks a lot themeforest. This was worth every penny.

The weather was so awesome today, so, I took the opportunity to grab my car and drive to some nearby hills to take some photos of it.

February 2009, and I happened to be in London. All my local friends were snowed in somewhere… so I was left all alone for two full days with nothing other to do than walking around and filming stuff. The result … fun:
